OUT TAKES Dallas Partners In Film

OUT TAKES Dallas invites interested Lesbian and Gay Community Organizations to become "Partners In Film" for a particular screening of a film during our annual Film Festival. Your Partnership allows your group or organization an opportunity to come together, have some fun, support the Lesbian/Gay Community, and reach potential new members.

Our Partner-In-Film Package For Community Organizations

As a Partner in Film, your organization is recognized visually and in print as the community partner for a specific screening, and you are allowed to make a short introductory speech or present a short video to the audience before the screening. This is a great way to introduce your organization to a relevant audience.

As a Partner In Film, your organization also receives the following:

  • You have the opportunity to make a 2 minute presentation to the audience prior to your screening. If you have a promotional video you would like to show before your screening in lieu of a spoken presentation, we will be happy to screen your commercial (up to 2 minutes) for a $100 technical setup fee.
  • You have the ability to display group information / brochures on our information table in the Theater Lobby for the duration of the festival.
  • You have the option to have up to 4 group representatives in the lobby before and/or after the screening to solicit members or to answer questions.
  • You may also want to couple an organizational event with the screening (either before or after) in the Theater Bar or one of the local restaurants near the Theater. If so, we will help you publicize it during the screening.

Your Organization Commitment

  1. Festival Tickets - OUT TAKES Dallas requires that your organization purchase a minimum number of discounted group tickets or ticket vouchers. The options are:
    • Tickets - 15 or more tickets purchased at the established discounted group rate of $7 to ONE film. It can be the same film, or a different one, for which you are the Partnering organization.
    • Vouchers - 25 vouchers purchased at the established discounted group rate of $7 good for ANY film screened during this year’s Festival.
  2. Festival Marketing - OUT TAKES Dallas also asks that all of its Partners in Film to promote the Festival on the organization's website, and sends emails to its membership about the festival.
