Patron Levels and Descriptions

Our patrons are critical to our ability to present a quality film festival. As a reward to their critical support, we have established the following patron benefit levels to offer you the best possible benefit package. Thank you for your interest and support.

Here is the list of patrons for the current year.

Patrons are limited to individuals and spouses only. Businesses wanting to sponsor the festival should find out more about our corporate sponsor levels.

Benefits For All Patron Levels

  • VIP OUT PASS Admission to all festival screenings ¹
  • Preferred/Early Seating Admission to all screenings ¹
  • Admission to all Festival Patron/Sponsor Special Events
  • Recognition of Patron and Spouse in Festival Program and on screen before all screenings ²
  • Discounts on Theater Concessions (soft beverages and popcorn) during the festival
  • Festival T-shirt and Gift Bag
  • Tax Deduction Benefit (in excess of received value) ³
  • Additional Benefits based on Patron Level (see below)

 

Patron Level Specific Patron Benefits
Superstar ($1,000)
  • Six (6) VIP OUT PASSES and Admission of Six Persons to Patron Events
  • Concierge Services (Call-ahead reserved seating, Coat Room service, Concession Runner service)
  • 2007 Festival Keepsake Item
  • Admission to Exclusive Superstar-only event with Festival Film Guests
Star ($600)
  • Four (4) VIP OUT PASSES and Admission of Four Persons to Patron Events
Lead Actor ($400)
  • Two (2) VIP OUT PASSES and Admission of Two Persons to Patron Events
Supporting Actor ($200)
  • One (1) VIP OUT PASS and Admission of One Person to Patron Events

NOTES/LIMITATIONS:
¹ VIP OUT PASS holders will be admitted to the theater 15 minutes prior to each screening (preferred admission time). Once the VIP Pass Holders have been seated, the theater will be opened for general admission. Please present your OUT PASS to the will call table prior to the preferred admission time for each screening to obtain your ticket.
² Patron Name (and Spouse) must be stated on Sponsorship Form as they are to be displayed on screen. Recognition in Festival Program guaranteed only if sponsorship received before September 1. Only Individual Names can be listed - Company Names are not allowed (please see our Corporate Sponsorship benefits to sponsor your business). A patronage cannot be split among multiple parties. Supporting Actor level will list only one person.
³ Contributions to OUT TAKES Dallas are tax deductable in excess of the received value. Only one tax deduction receipt will be provided per patron. Only one credit card transaction per patron please.
